How Do I use a Mersive
- Keep getting an error when I try to connect:
- Double check your Wi-Fi connection, for you to connect, you will need to be on Platinum, Palladium, or the Room’s Wi-Fi – Gold or Bronze will not let you connect
- Make sure you are trying to connect to correct Display – make sure your recently discover and or IP match what is on the TV in the room
- Confirm the Key code you are typing also matches what is on the display
- There may be too many people connected, there is a limit up to 10 people can be connected per Solstice device
- Why isn’t my audio playing?
- For your audio to be streamed, you will have to be sharing with the desktop option. You cannot use Window App.
- Why isn’t my client, and or guest able to connect:
- Double check your Wi-Fi connection, for you to connect, you will need to be on the Room’s Wi-Fi – Gold or Bronze will not let you connect

- I don’t have the Application:
- If you are on a laptop: type in the IP address that is found at the bottom left corner (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) into your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) then click to download and launch once fully downloaded.
- iPhone: in the app store, you will need to download “Solstice Client”
- Android: in the play store, you will need to download “Solstice Client”
