How Do I use a Mersive

  1. Keep getting an error when I try to connect:
    1. Double check your Wi-Fi connection, for you to connect, you will need to be on Platinum, Palladium, or the Room’s Wi-Fi – Gold or Bronze will not let you connect
    2. Make sure you are trying to connect to correct Display – make sure your recently discover and or IP match what is on the TV in the room
    3. Confirm the Key code you are typing also matches what is on the display
    4. There may be too many people connected, there is a limit up to 10 people can be connected per Solstice device
  2. Why isn’t my audio playing?
    1. For your audio to be streamed, you will have to be sharing with the desktop option. You cannot use Window App.
  3. Why isn’t my client, and or guest able to connect:
    1. Double check your Wi-Fi connection, for you to connect, you will need to be on the Room’s Wi-Fi – Gold or Bronze will not let you connect

  4. I don’t have the Application:
    1. If you are on a laptop: type in the IP address that is found at the bottom left corner (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) into your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) then click to download and launch once fully downloaded.
    2. iPhone: in the app store, you will need to download “Solstice Client”
    3. Android: in the play store, you will need to download “Solstice Client”
